OUR BUSINESS, STRUCTURE AND SUPPLY CHAINS
Digital Accessibility Centre Limited is a 100% not for profit social enterprise, employing approximately 60 people, and we are also a National Living Wage Foundation Accredited Employer. This ensures that all staff employed by the company are paid a salary that is above that of the National Living Wage. In addition to this, our Recruitment Policy ensures that all staff members possess the right to live and work in the United Kingdom through a Prevention of Illegal Working Checklist and Policy, documenting which evidence must be supplied to demonstrate an individual’s right to live and work in the United Kingdom.

- Ensuring that all staff employed by the company are paid a salary that is above that of the National Living Wage.
- Implementing within our Recruitment Policy the requirement for all staff to demonstrate that they possess the right to live and work in the United Kingdom and verifying this through the use of a Prevention of Illegal Working Check. Ensuring that all policies relevant to this are reviewed on a regular basis.
- Taking steps to improve on practises wherever identified.
